Kate was born into the real estate world, with her grandmother running Lehtola Real Estate in Bridgewater, MA and her grandfather building new homes. Her parents then continued the tradition. She has worked for over a decade in single-family new construction, overseeing construction of over 30 single family homes, several duplexes and many renovation projects. Kate is a Licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor. She is a Duke University Alumna with a B.S. Civil Engineering.

Kate is well versed in all aspects of the home building process, from the initial design phase to the final result. She works with her clients to choose products that work for them in both style and form. She has great relationships with contractors and clients alike. Her years of both building and selling homes have provided her with a unique depth of knowledge. Kate brings that experience to Gray Owl.

Christina brings her strong negotiation skills to the table in every purchase and sale for Gray Owl clients.  Born and raised in Scituate, she now spends time on both the North and South shores of MA. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology.

Christina holds a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and has earned the National Association of Realtors® Commitment to Excellence endorsement (C2EX).

She has a great track record of forming long lasting and trusting relationships with clients and brokers alike.  A keen sense of design, an eye for detail, and experience in renovating properties allow her to identify quality building materials and finishes. These skills make her an invaluable agent as she can help clients assess the strengths and weaknesses of a potential property.

Christina’s ability to quickly discern home values, in even the most volatile of markets, rounds her out as a real estate professional.  Responsive, funny, tenacious, warm, and constantly crunching the numbers, she is a tireless agent who works around the clock for her clients.  

Meet Louis, the GoldenDoodle with a flair for real estate and office management! As the beloved office manager at our real estate brokerage, Lou ensures everything runs smoothly with his keen organizational skills and friendly demeanor.

When he’s not overseeing paperwork or greeting clients with his signature wag, you can find him lounging by his favorite window, keeping an eye on the office happenings. Louis’ chill vibe and charming personality make him an invaluable part of our team!
